"Words can not explain how helpful Stacey was when asking her any and all questions I had in regards to my account. "Has not undergone very much professionalism training. I was on the phone with him one day trying to get a document signed that I needed returned to me from State Farm. The company itself. He said that he did not want to speak to me at all and hung up the phone while I was still in conversation. He was very biased towards his client in which I Understand to a certain extent, but you also must hear the other parties point of view. He should also consider stopping and letting the other person speak before trying to cut them off the entire time they are speaking, which he did from the get-go. I got a message from his client saying he was talking trash about me. So I’m not sure what his personal vendetta was out against me probably the fact that I was not bilingual. I’m not sure but overall did not enjoy my experience whatsoever. Lastly, he told me I needed to meet up with his client in person to give him money for the things he fixed on his car because he did not feel his client was whole. Whatever that means the clients claim got denied so State Farm did not pay him out because the damages on his car were super minor And only cosmetic so that was his fault for going out and fixing that. Also to make it clear, his client was the one who was at fault in the accident. He hit the back of my car in a McDonald’s parking lot wild experience."

Upon reviewing your profile, it appears that you are not directly a customer of our office but are associated with another State Farm office. You live at Iowa City, IA. You are far away from our state to add these types of comments to our office. This leads me to believe that your comments may have been influenced by another party who pursue you to create a bad image to our office. If you have a specific issue with our office, I am more than willing to address it directly. Me canbie acá con eyos porque la otra agencia que tenía antes no me ayudaban con preguntas que tenía y ahora llame con la seńorita Grecia para pedir ayude de una carta de la secretaria del estado sobre mi aseguradora. Eya fue amable y me explicó y tan bien lleno la forma en menos de 5 minutos. Está en inglés aunque entiendo no soy tan buena para la computadora.
