"I been a customer for around 5 years and had questions about my increase in prices. Samantha and Roberto were very helpful in explaining to me the changes and adjusted some things I needed. They were very patient with me even though It was very upsetting not knowing why the pricing had changed. After carefully reviewing my options it all worked out perfectly and i was able to understand better what had happened. They were as I said very patient with me.
