"Told me I have 600$ in rental insurance, then after 350$ I have to pay out of pocket, State Farm is not there"

State Farm promptly handled your claim without any hesitation. It is important to highlight that State Farm paid over $8,312.75 for your total loss, an amount about which you did not raise any concerns. Regarding the car rental, I am not certain which vehicle or additional coverage options you selected in your rental agreement. Please understand that State Farm’s role was to help you recover your loss, not to provide a luxury rental vehicle. This is why we strongly recommend reviewing your coverage options carefully each time you renew your policy. Additionally, I highly encourage you to thoroughly review your car rental contract to understand what is included. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
